Items in stock ship within 5 days of ordering.
If you are ordering something not currently in stock, we will provide you with a lead time estimate at the time of your order.
Shipping Options:
- We can ship either UPS or FedEx. We have a contract discount with FedEx, so FedEx Ground costs significantly less.
- You can also arrange to pick up the tower here in Cedar Springs, MI. Please call or email before arriving.
Packaging:
A single Compact Tower kit is packed and shipped in two boxes.
Box 1 includes:
- 4 tower legs
- Mast (if ordered)
Box 2 includes:
- 8 cross braces, or 16 for Model IO815HD
- 4 collar pieces
- 4 feet
- Components for 2 shelves (or for 1 shelf on Model IO-45HD)
- All hardware
- Mast bearing (if ordered)
- Mast clamp (if ordered)

- Select – “Use own packaging”
- Use the weights of the two boxes from the table above
- Be sure to add the weight of the mast (if ordered) to Box 1, and the mast bearing or clamp (if ordered) to Box 2. You can find these weights on the Price List
